    So on this page:

    SREA’s Fee Based Acquisition and Disposition Services

    We need two forms and they are exactly the same only different subjects of course. However no matter how I do it the second form under Deposition the Name and Email inputs and labels are missing. I have tried the following:

    • clone from the form above and change the email subject.
    • Make a new contact form from scratch
    • Create a form using short code in a text box

    Every single time the Name and Email input and label boxes are missing on the second one no matter how I do it.

    Suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    Hi,

    at first we recommend to upgrade to Enfold v3.5.4. If it’s still not working for you then we recommend to work with Contact Form 7 plugin.

    Hi,

    I’m having problems with the contact form on my site (both Contact Form 7 and the Enfold built in one). The way it breaks is by using paragraphs in the text answers – which is important as our enquiries should be detailed. Please help!
