    Sorry I ma a bit confused at present as I can seem to get this to work.

    If you got the site http://respectacle.staging.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine) you will see I have two blog pages

    – News
    – Robs Blog
    I have set up two post categories
    – News
    -Robs Blog
    I am using the advanced layouts posts module and have associated each category for each post type and page. However on the “News” page both categories show.

    In the readings setting this does not seem to matter if selected to news page or not it still shows both categories. Can you please help.

    Hey condonpb,

    It’s a bit strange why that is happening on the News page. I created a new page and tested the blog post element and it works fine(link in private). We recommend deleting the news page and re-create it.
