I am trying to make the mobile screens work a little better for Woo Commerce. I am hoping you guys have some suggestions on how to accomplish this using the Quick CSS (or another way if necessary).
1. On the mobile screen below the header, it would be nice to have a permanent search box. Actually I am a but surprised there is no search function at all showing…
2. It would also be very helpful to have some sort of reference to filtering products. Ideally, a button that says filter and once you click on it, it would open up categories and layered navigation. But I realize that might require more than styling. So I am wondering if there is a way at least to place a link or button with link below the header that would scroll automatically to the start of the category/layered navigation section (if enabled using “Sidebar on Smartphones” option in the Sidebar Settings section.
Thank you so much

Here is the info you requested, I also added admin access if you want to look at the backend.
Thank you
RichardJanuary 9, 2017 at 10:20 am #731028Hi,
you are asking for WooCommerce functions, so please go directly to WooCommerce support and let them know what you need.

AndyJanuary 9, 2017 at 2:11 pm #731131I disagree. If you use their own basic store them for example, they have the search function on their mobile display. They do not show any layered navigation on their mobile display, so clearly those functions are controlled by the theme (you show the layered nav, they don’t), I am suggesting an option to include a link or an option to place the layered nav above the list of products and you have no search box and they do…)

January 10, 2017 at 4:22 pm #731609Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

AndyJanuary 10, 2017 at 4:47 pm #731620Honestly after the last reply I had disabled the login and removed the theme as it seemed to me by that response I had to go a different direction….
And I never received a response on another issue, which probably means there is no solution for that…
I requested a refund because while I think your theme is very good for most WordPress sites, it is lagging behind in some eCommerce functionality.

January 11, 2017 at 8:47 pm #732299Hi,
too bad! If you still need help with Enfold, then feel free to provide us login details, so we can have a deeper look into it. I tried them again and they are still not working for me.
Best regards,
