Hey Aurora,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Is there a membership plugin installed in the site? What happens when you disable the plugin? Make sure that the account has the capability to update a plugin or install one.
Best regards,
Ismael
Thanks for getting back to me. No, there are no membership plugins installed. Here is a list of all the plugins I have installed on the site.
The account login I provided in my previous message is an admin.
I have another admin account on there but I see the same results – it keeps telling me that only super admins have access to it.
If it helps, I am using the enfold child theme.
Hi Aurora,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
Best regards,
Nikko
Actually, nevermind. I fixed it. I had Managewp plugin installed and took off people’s access to upload a theme. That seemed to show that I did not have super admin access even though I was already logged in as admin.
I guess you can close this ticket. Thank you!
Hi Aurora,
We’re glad to hear that it’s resolved.
Thanks for sharing how you got it fixed.
And also thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!
Best regards,
Nikko
