Hi, I’m trying to update to Enfold 4.5. I get the error “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Problem downloading theme”.
I thought I would then try to download the file, and upload to the /themes/enfold/ directory using CPanel. Here’s the catch, a developer created the website for me. I have a login for ThemeForest but that was for a different theme, different website…I don’t have a login for the Enfold theme. I do have a copy of the User Name and the API Key for Enfold but no user name or password that shows a purchase for Enfold. How do I get version 4.5 to install, or, how can I download the files?

The update to 4.5 needs to be done manually unfortunately, and Themeforest is the only place you can download the theme files. Would you be able to contact the developer and get a login from him maybe?
