trying to register for forum

Hi,

i have attempted a number of times to register for the forum, we bought the template from envarto in december, and want to be able to ask question in forums, when we register the website says it will send a mail with a password but, it never arrives, even though other sites , do, we have checked spam and trash etc to no avail. can you please register and send on a password to us
