    I updated the theme to the last version (2.3)!
    Now the Responsive header main menu doesn’t work on iPad!
    The option Display as dropdown menu still doesn’t work! Same troubles like before for me!

    Hey!

    Please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab

    .mobile_active #advanced_menu_toggle { display: block!important; }

    And i would suggest you to update your theme to version 2.3.1
