I have installed Woocommerce, and will make some digital products for purchase.

I have created a test product, and when i click preview, I see it fine, but when i publish it, and want to view it, i only get the message “Page not found” – but it shows up as an icon on the shop default page.
Can´t figure out what is wrong…
Can you help? As far as I understand, Enfold should support Woocommerce…?

    Hi!

Yes, Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce. Please go to Settings > Permalinks and flush permalink settings and check if that helps. If not, please try de-activating all active plugins

    Cheers!

I´m not sure what you mean by “flush” ??

Hey Yigit, I tried to deactivate the plugin “back up to dropbox” and that fixed the problem. Thanks :o)

But nevertheless: how do you recommend I back up my site?? What is the best to do?

    Kind regards, Ida

    Hi!

I would contact your hosting provider to see if they have any backup tools or automatic backups scheduled.

Personally I use the backup buddy plugin but it is not a free plugin.

    Regards,
    Elliott
