Trouble with support forum login and registration

Hello!

My company purchased the license for the Enfold wordpress theme for our website some time ago – I’ve tried to log into the support forum but I believe the account may have been made with an email address for a former employee who is no longer with the company, so i cannot use the “forgot password” to retrieve the login credentials. I tried reregistering using the item purchase code included below, but since it may already have been registered under a different address, I cant seem to move forward. Would it be possible to reset the registration and login so that I can set it to our general company email to preserve access for future use?

We have deleted the old account. You can now use the same purchase code to register a new account :)
