    Hi Kriesi team,
    I updated to Enfold 4.6.3.1 and have PHP version 7.3.9 installed. All my images are shown with names in the media library but without a preview. I can only see the image itself when I go to edit media. And on my website the images are all gone.
    I would like to give you access to my WordPress Backend. Please advise.

    Ok, I created login credentials as follows (see private content)

    The URL to the login screen.
    A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    As well as a password for that username.
    permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi jgrune,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Hi Victoria,
    I deactivated all my plugins one by one but the problem remains. Do you have any idea what could be the problem in the htacces (see private content)?

    Hi Victoria,
    I found the problem. I had an additional htaccess file in a wrong directory which was causing the problem. Anyway, ENFOLD is a great theme!
    You can close this ticket now.
