Hello

I have trouble with Gravity Forms. I install it and create a new form. Then I added the form in a page but it doesn’t appear. You can see the page here: http://www.cepuspp-enfant-ado.ch/formulaire-dinscription-programme-2014-2015/

What can I do to fix it?

Does it happen with the default WordPress theme activated?

Hello,

I’ve tried with the default WordPress theme and it was a totally white
page.

Well, I ask him and he said thats it is a theme issues, ask the author!
