    We haven’t been able to update pages or save any settings in the enfold dashboard for about a week. We are using Enfold 4.7.3 wp 5.3.2. I have created an admin login in the private content area.

    Hey dppontius,

    Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on the file in private, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is please?

    Rikard,
    when i went to that link it was blank. The server folks are wondering if the update was partially prevented by its security software (for example being unable to save any settings, and layerslider isn’t up to date). Is there some way to check if this is the case?
    Would the old fashion method of deleting the theme and uploading a new copy be the way to go.?

    Hi David,

    Can you please check the server log for error?

    Yes, the FTP update would be a way to go.

    But at this point, please disable all the security plugins and see if you can edit the pages then.
