Trouble installing Enfold WordPress theme

I am having trouble installing the Enfold Theme. I have installed other themes before without any trouble. I have two domains hosted with two different companies and have tried to install on both without any luck.

I downloaded the theme onto a Mac and then compressed the folder and through the admin panel in WordPress I tried to install the theme. For a theme that is supposed to be easy to use there doesn’t appear to be any instructions or demos (maybe I am missing something??)
