trouble enfold

Hi Guys,
i’m sorry that i’m using this form but i have an issue with enfold theme. unfortunately i don’t have the purchase code as it was purchased by another developer so i can’t register or post on the support forum. I can show you that we have purchased the theme by the themeforest Api.
The issue is that the theme isn’t showing the main menu and some post are empty on mobile. Even analytics isn’t working well.

i tried to switch off the child theme and the menu shows in the main theme so i guess the problem is some kind of customization in the child theme.
