    While trying to backup my site to my computer / server press I received the error message below. Server Press said that this error message indicates an issue with the Enfold theme and that I should contact the developer. Your help is appreciated.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in E:\Libraries\Documents\Websites\www.wftest.dev.cc\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\events_countdown\events_countdown.php:14) in E:\Libraries\Documents\Websites\www.wftest.dev.cc\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\events_countdown.php on line 12

    Hey marcyt3,

    Please try to completely delete the theme folder from the server, then upload a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps.
