April 19, 2016 at 6:15 pm #617592Updated WP 4.5, got the problems with sliders and pictures. Tried to update Enfold in WP with API-key but I get this message that there are no updates for Enfold and that I have the latest version (You are running the latest version! (3.3.2)). A manually check wasn’t a solution. I use Enfold and its Child-theme.
When you have a solution I can’t react tonight because I have to leave to a business-meeting.April 19, 2016 at 6:52 pm #617617I’ve just noticed I have the same problem.
Upgraded WordPress to 4.5, now have the image issue.
OK, I’ll make sure Enfold is up to date, but it says I have lavest version 3.3.2.
Clicking on the check manually doesn’t change anything.
I’ve used the autoupdate in the past without any problem.April 20, 2016 at 2:24 am #617865Hi! Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If it does not help, please update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ Cheers!
 YigitApril 20, 2016 at 8:12 am #618039Thanks Yigit,
In the end, I updated manually by FTP and it was fine.
But I’ve made a note of your suggestions for next time.AFAIK, the api key doesn’t expire. It’s the same it’s always been (a few years now), and I haven’t revoked it. Maybe it does expire? Is it linked to the 6 month support period (which I’m over now)? April 20, 2016 at 9:25 pm #618713Hi! You would receive updates even after your support has expired, as far as i know :) Regards,
YigitApril 20, 2016 at 11:22 pm #618779I found out that there was a plug-in installed that blocked theme-updates. The solution was to remove this and the theme-update became visible. After this update the bug was ‘killed’ and I became happy again ;-) April 22, 2016 at 7:03 am #619566
