I had the issue with the contact form 7 thing. I tried everything except the putting the 3 lines of code in the functiong.php… so I did that and i get
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘change_cf_from’ (T_STRING) in /home1/kateking/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 519
when i try to go anywhere on my site!!! I tried to undo it. I deleted it but nothing is working! please help me!

Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. Let us know when your done.

Login to your server via FTP and completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

ElliottThank you Elliott! ummm now my site looks good but for example with I go into wordpress to edit any page, I get the constant rotating circle… I can’t see anything on my page I want to edit. But when I go to my actual site to preview it, it’s fine. I just have to be able to make edits in the dashboard.
BTW I just purchased Enfold again 2 days ago to install and I was wondering if the purchase confirmation was going to automatically update so I can continue getting your guys awesome support.

I didn’t have any issues updating your about page. Is there a certain page your having issues with? You are using a caching plugin so be sure to clear it’s cache if you want to see your changes on the frontend.

ElliottThank you for the fast response! yes I found out it was working now. But now I’m just going back to dealing with the contact form not working. I did all the steps from the documentation even where number 4 broke my site and you helped me get it back up. Now I contacted my hosting site to see if they could see an issue. They opened a ticket for me because they couldn’t figure it out either. So I’ll go ahead and close this thread. I’ve just been trying to find any other answer then “follow the steps at this page”. I’ve done them to no avail. Thanks again!

The email you have on contact form is (Email address hidden if logged out) is it the one you want to set up or (Email address hidden if logged out) ?
For testing purpose it’s good to check with your other email. I have setup a new contact form with (Email address hidden if logged out) and added it to your contact page. Also sent you a test mail. Could you please check and let me know.

Vinaythanks Vinay, I wanted it set up for K (Email address hidden if logged out) but I had been testing with G (Email address hidden if logged out) as well to see if it was just my simply-grace attention that was the issue. I haven’t received any emails yet on Gracesphotograph gmail.

You are most welcome. Yes please feel free to change the email it should work fine from wordpress end. If there is any issue with the simply-grace.com email I suggest that it could be because of the domain name server issue.
