I am creating my logo’s in Photoshop 2014 as transparent .PNG. When I use them for my logo in transparent menu or in regular header, a background color (white) is being applied around the logo frame. I have watched your vimeo on the subject and your logos are transparent without the white Can you tell me how to fix this….very frustrating

Sorry to disappoint you, but please understand that we get a lot of requests daily, and it take some time to respond to everyone. Regarding your issue, i checked your logo in PS and although is a transparent PNG it still has some white background parts – http://screencast.com/t/zCoF2QGb

I understand that you feel ignored but please understand that that’s not our intention, if another topic gets responded first is mostly because is something we can solve very quickly so we can move to the harder ones, nevertheless we can assure a response within 24 hours during weekdays (this topic was created Saturday, August 9).
Regarding the transparency problem, add this code to the Quick CSS to fix it:
.av_header_transparency strong.logo { background: transparent !important; }

I will keep this one short: Themeforest explicitly states that support is not mandatory. We simply do it because we feel its good business and we like happy customers. So you are receiving support, free of charge, in a very busy forum in a reasonable amount of time. If you are not happy with an answer you can always reply back and the team will try to provide a better one. So to be perfectly honest I am not sure what the problem is :)
I will close this thread now, if there is anything you would like to add feel free to send a mail to (Email address hidden if logged out)
