    Hello Kriesi Team

    I have an issue where the transparent header shows transparent but displays the regular logo. The reversed/white logo has been uploaded at Them Options / Header / Transparency Options.

    It was loading last week and now it’s not. Updated everything to the latest install just now to no avail. So not sure where it’s going wrong.

    Thanks for the login details. What happens if you deactivate the Imagify plugin?

    Thanks for the information. Yes, it works if I deactivate the Imagify Plugin, but we need the plugin to work.

    Hi Corina,

    Please try to change some settings in Imagify plugin, as you may just need to disable some settings in order for it to work properly without causing any issues.
