Transparent header on mobile devices

What I want to achieve:
1. Make header transparent using transparency options from [Enfold’s Header Tab] – white logo and hamburger.
2. Avoid header blinking while scrolling slowly when the [Sticky Header] flag is set – I faced this issue when made header transparent for mobile devices using this code.

I made header transparent on my home page using the following code

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { 
#top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency, .av_header_transparency #advanced_menu_toggle {
  background: transparent!important;
  position: absolute!important;
}}

looks good but when swiping down the transparent header transforms into normal (white from enfold settings). Is it possible to disable this behavior?

P.S. I also found how to change logo and burger images to “transparent” from Enfold setting here.
