    Hi
    Hope you can help
I would like to have a transparent logo / header so you can see the page background image.

I would also like to have rounded corners on the menu bar.

    So it looks like http://thecrestbyronbay.com.au/byron-bay-accommodation/
    or http://thecrestbyronbay.com.au/

    Thanks

    Dave

The site is on my local host so will need to share screens!

I have made the logo are disappear & menu stick when scrolling so that has over come the transparent issue.
However there are still boarders on either side of header (logo area) needs to be no boarders.
I also want to have rounded corners on the menu, like http://thecrestbyronbay.com.au/

The 2 screen shots are here

    Hi Victoria
I have uploaded the site as it is so far so you can see the vertical lines on either side of the logo area. I want to have the complete logo area transparent including boarders. so it is like http://thecrestbyronbay.com.au/

    The test server is http://globalonlinecash.com/

The log in details are in the Private Content

Thank you in advance for your help

    Kind Regards
    Dave

    Hi
On my local host I updated the theme version from 3.5.3 to the latest version & brings up a page with this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function avia_header_class() in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/sites/hirum1/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/header.php on line 12

I believe you will have the same error if you update the theme version for the site on the test server http://globalonlinecash.com/

However I can still log into the wp-admin on the site even though I have a fatal error.
    Hope that help

    Kind regards
    Dave

    Hi,

I think you would need to update also the header.php of the child theme, since lot has been changed on the header.

    How do I do that?
    Can you help with that?

    Kind regards

    Hi Dave,

Yes we’ll help you with it, you just need to check what customizations were done with the header.php, then copy header.php of the latest enfold theme and paste it in the child theme, then apply the customizations that were made before.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi
The only customization was done in the Child Theme. What have I done wrong with it.
When I update the theme I also get the Fatal Error.
I don’t know, that’s why I’d like some help to
1 – to get rid of the vertical lines either side of the logo area
2 – be able to update the theme with out getting a fatal error
Thanks for offering to help :)

    Hi Dave,

Could you please try to update the theme, check the server log for error, in case you get it, and send it to us.

I am not seeing the vertical lines you’re describing. Did you manage to get rid of those? If you haven’t, please send us a few screenshots of the issue.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Thanks for your help, I had to get some Indian developers to help as I am running out of time to get these errors fixed. They just finished uploading what they did.
    Thanks anyway :)

    Hi,

We’re glad that they were able to help you. Please don’t hesitate to open a new topic if you have other questions about the theme.

    Thank you for using Enfold!

    Best regards,
    Sarah
