    Hi,

I have a problem getting the header transparent. I have chosen ‘transparent header’ in the page sidebar. I have just watched the ‘intro to the header configuration’ and i’m trying to get that header where it’s transparent when it’s big and white when it’s slim… but it’s opposite on my page: white background when the header is big and transparent when i scroll down and make the header slim. What am i doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards,
    Nina

    Hey ngroove,

Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

If possible, please also include admin access so we can take a look at how you have it set up. Please put the login information in the Private Content section of your reply so that only the staff can see it. Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sarah

Thanks for your quick reply :)

I have put a link in the private content and also made the page public… in case the link doesn’t work.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

I get an error when I try to access the link you posted, could you check it please? I got the error while being logged in.

About your problem; first off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Wondering if the new link worked? Otherwise when you log in, it’s the page ‘forside’ that i’m working on, that has the problem with the header.
    Thanks for your help :-)

    Hi Nina,

Very sorry for the late reply, the new link worked out just great and I found the problem. You had a special heading element on the top of the page which was causing the layout to look like that. I removed the heading and the page is working as it should now.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
