    Hi,
    I’ve tried to apply the transparency option to my main menu header.
    It does not apply it to the header… and I’m not sure why…

    If I then select no transparency under the home page, the header is doubled in depth…
    It looks as though there maybe 2 headers and my main menu is in the top one of them…
    I know this sounds odd…but that’d the only way to describe it..

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see why that is not working unfortunately, does it make any difference if you disable your caching plugin? You could also try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance to see if that changes anything.

    It works fine under the Child Enfold Theme…. Is it possible that there are 2 headers in my website???

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can only see one header.php in your parent theme, but if it works in the child then I would suggest that you activate that. I’m guessing that you are going to use the child anyway, right?

    Well,

    I wasn’t planning on using the child Theme… is that the normal way of using these themes…that you use the Child Theme as your active Theme???

    I’m also having another strange issue.On the home page if you look on a desktop..
    The columns read
    Desktop or laptop screen:
    left to right- Day Tours from Dublin – Guided Day walks and Hikes – Private Day tours – Guided walking Holidays.
    On your mobile or smaller screen…
    You get the list backwards with the Guided Walking Holidays showing first…. etc..

    How can this be resolved?

    Ok so I have it for the Child Enfold theme now and it all appears to be working fine… Is it ok to keep the Child Theme as your active theme or is this what your meant to anyway?

    Yes, it’s better to have the child theme active especially if you have some changes in there.
