Transparency header

Hi. I am having a few issues with the transparent header.

I want to have a transparent header. My logo already has a white background, so I ignored the section to upload a logo to be used for the transparency. I then went to the page I wanted the transparent header and set it so. But the header was still white. In fact, the only way I could get it transparent was to delete #ffffff from the header background color in general styling. So the issue there is that by removing the #ffffff, when I scrolled, it stayed transparent. I must have done something wrong to start but I can’ figure it out.

On another different but similar issue. I really don’t want the sticky header at all. I just want the header to roll on up old school style. But when I delete #ffffff from background header color in general styling, uncheck Sticky Header and Shrinking Header and make the page transparent, the content shoots to the top of the page.
