I have made the home page http://www.banff.com with a transparent header which works fine in Firefox, but doesn’t seem to be working in Chrome and iPad mini?

    Many thanks,

    Hey mihYY77gvf,
Firefox and Chrome seem to have the same Transparency for me, perhaps I’m looking at the wrong area, please check my screenshot.

    Thanks Mike,

Yes I agree and see the same on my end. This though is with the header qualities set at No transparency. It is when it is set to Transparency when the issues arise.

It is working now so I will do without the feature as we are up and running, but I was hoping to use some of that functionality to integrate nice images into the top of my website with logo, navigation and underlying image etc.

Probably something I am missing on my end, but will keep working at it.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Okay … I would like to have an image as the background underneath the header and menu.

I have done what I think should produce this on the home page http://www.banff.com

What I have done seems to display and work fine in Firefox, but on iPad mini and Chrome the image I am using for the background seems to site below (not underneath) the header? i.e. the header has an all white background then the image below …

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

Further … The header transparency works fine when I am logged into WordPress. When I log out it doesn’t work as described above.

Here is what I would like (Home Page – http://www.banff.com ) and what is happening:

    Many Thanks,

    Paul
