Hi,
I tried multiple settings and installs, but this always occurs.
Normal:
@990px: The menu changes. Header stays transparant, transparant logo, transparent menu color
@768px: The header changes. Normal colors, no transparancy. When background image is inserted, it works like this:
@990px: The menu changes. but stull transparant logo, transparent menu color. But now with the background image, so normally, this will be like a white logo on a (almost) white background image.
@768px: The header changes. Normal colors, no transparancy. Now, it’s like a normal (black) logo on a white backgroundSo, basically, when the background image would behave like the rest of the menu, it would be fine.
But this is hard to fix.I can override the css for specific resolutions to hide the background image, but then it will also happen when scrolling (when the transparant background changes and I want the image).
What is the best way to fix this? Thank you!

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I understand you can’t build it for me (personally). But it is a bug, isn’t it?
When it was build as it should be, this could be chnaged with some css. But because this is so embedded in how the transparent header works, it’s quite complicated. It’s like they didn’t think of background images in this resolution. And when I fix it in the child theme, it will give problems with future updates.
So, basically I can’t use a header background image when using a transparent image?
