hello,
1st i miss a searchfield to search in your “forum” (i didnt found).
I have a problem with a displayed content in Enfold-Theme (latest Version).
I use the WPGlobal Plugin to translate my content at the page where users can switch with a button between german and english.
It works fine but when i display a content in a AVIA-Layout-BlogContainer where i define rastered Layout the translation will not work. Can you help me to solve this problem?greetings

the suport of the translation-Plugins is not responsible, it is a problem with the Enfold-Template. In othe areas of the Template it works correctly.
Please help me.

Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m sorry but we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin author regarding this issue. Anyway, if you’re expecting the content of the advance layout builder to translate itself, unfortunately, that’s not how it works. You have to create a translation of the page then edit or translate the contents manually. This is how it works, at least when you use the supported WPML plugin.
Best regards,

great, your support sends me to the translation-manufactor and they send me back to you.
the problem is not to translate something automaticly, everything will be translated from me manually. BUT the Plugins only manage the Languages in many Elements (Pages, Blogs, Settings, …) with a tabbed Layout in the backend. At the page i can select the language. It worksgood but has only a problem with your rastered Layout. In my opinion it is a problem by the Enfold Template and the task should be yours.
Solution = ZERO

July 21, 2015 at 8:09 am #476328Hi,
Like Ismael pointed out we do not have support for third party plugins as there are just too many of them out there, it’s impossible to be compatible with all of them and it’s equally impossible for all plugins to be compatible with all themes. I would recommend you to us WPML as it’s fully supported by the theme.
Thanks,
Rikard -
