Hi Kriesi-Team,
I only have a small problem on just one page. I know that you do not support Polylang, but I would be glad if you can still look at the site: The translation works perfectly on all pages: Only when viewing the blog article is on the German pages “read more” not correctly “read on” and it worked properly already. What did I do wrong?
The same is in the individual blog articles at the Share-Box: there is “Share by” not correctly “Teile auf Facebook”.I would be very grateful if you look at this. The translation at the .po file are correctly deposited.
Thank you very much & kind regards,
DanielaAugust 3, 2018 at 11:47 am #993209Hey beyond-flora,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you set the page as Posts Page in the Settings > Reading panel? Please reset that option to default and then set the blog as blog in the Enfold > Theme Options panel.
Use the Loco Translate plugin to translate the default texts or strings.// https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
If it’s not working, post the login details here so that we can check the settings.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 15, 2018 at 10:45 am #997495Hi Kriesi Team,
thank you for the fast reply.
No, I did not specify the page as a blog page because I wanted to change the layout of the page. But I have tested it and it also that there is “Read more”. There is no change.I have also installed the plug-in loco trranslate. Here you can only edit the .po files, right? I have already checked this manually and everything is stored there correctly.
I send you the registration details in the private content. Many thanks for your help!

DanielaAugust 16, 2018 at 5:12 am #997750Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
You have to set your blog page as the blog page in the Enfold > Theme Options > And where do you want to display the Blog? settings. There’s nothing there currently. After setting the blog, configure the Enfold > Blog Layout settings.

IsmaelAugust 16, 2018 at 8:04 am #997833Hello,
thank you for you answer.
I have defined the page as a blog in Enfold – like your way. But that does not change my problem ….
If I additionally set the read setting in WordPress, he will not find any entries: “Nothing Found – Sorry, no posts matched your criteria” – so I only do it in Enfold.
Please look under the first adress I mentioned above under “Blog-Test”.My problem are the translations: on the German side is still “Read more” and not “Weiterlesen” as in the .po files is deposited.
Similarly, the share button in the single Blog-Entrie is on the German side “Share!” and not “teilen” (also in the .po file deposited).Do you have an idea why this may be? At the settings its not the problem, I think….
Thank you!
DanielaAugust 16, 2018 at 1:21 pm #997927Hi,
I tried to install the POEditor plugin but it failed. I’m not sure why. Please provide the FTP details in the private field so that we can edit and compile the de_DE.po file.
Line 20091:
#: enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider.php:451
Replace with:
#: enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/postslider.php:465

IsmaelAugust 17, 2018 at 10:15 am #998354Hello Ismael,
Thank you for the fast reply.
Enclosed I send the access data for the FTP server.
On which of the two instances was the mistake?
I have not changed anything yet.!!! Please note that we have changed something in the code for the portfolio entries. Filtering is enhanced on the “Sortiment / Assortments” page.!!!
If you make the change on the test instance, please tell me exactly what you have changed, so that I can catch up on the page of our customer.
Many Thanks and best regards,
DanielaAugust 20, 2018 at 6:12 pm #999524Hi,
I translated the strings with loco for you. Download the po and mo files (see link in private content) and upload them to the staging server (wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/).

DudeAugust 21, 2018 at 9:41 am #999707Hi!
Thank you very much, it works!
Just for understanding – where did this .po file come from? That was a different file than in the Theme, right?
Did you only take a part?Best regards,
