Translating generated text

Hi,
I would love some help to localize the following generated text in the code so that I can do a “quick and dirty” translation into Norwegian.

1. Portfolio category display: I would like to localise the word “All” that is listed first with the categories.
2. Bread-crum text: “You are here”
3. Any great ideas on how to change the blog-post dates into another language?

Can a kind soul send me the location/file-paths to ease my pain. I could not find these through search (obviously not pro enough – but learning every day:))
