Hi, I use the TranslatePress plugin to translate my website. Unfortunately, I have the problem that the accordion titles are not translated. I have already contacted the plugin support and found out that there is no overlap with another plugin, but that the Enfold theme is causing the problem. I hope you can help me.
Best wishes

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we are still not sure what is causing this issue. Have you tried reaching out to the plugin developers? They might have a better idea of why this part of the page is not getting translated correctly.
Best regards,

I hope you find a solution to the problem.December 17, 2024 at 7:21 am #1473820Hi,
Thank you for the info.
Looks like the toggler titles are translated on load but revert to the DE language after a few seconds, then get updated repeatedly. Unfortunately, we’re not sure how the plugin does the automatic or dynamic translation. Please contact the TranslatePress team to check the .toggler html nodes and ask them why these nodes are being updated indefinitely. Also, inquire if there’s an option to exclude these html nodes from automatic or dynamic translation.
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 30, 2024 at 2:20 pm #1474398Hi,
thanks for your feedback. I received the following response from the TranslatePress team:
The issue comes from the Enfold theme itself from what I can tell. They have a data attribute data-title=”Welches Charterrevier passt zu meinen Vorstellungen?” on the paragraph for each FAQ and this overwrites the ENGLISH already translated version.
However, TranslatePress does not translate data attributes, so the original language version gets placed instead of the English version. Thanks and best regards
December 31, 2024 at 6:54 am #1474425Hi,
Thank you for the info.
Unfortunately, the data-title attribute is required for the toggle element to function correctly. You may need to replace the toggle element with another in order to use the translation plugin.
Best regards,
