    Hi,

After the last Enfold Theme update, the plugin TranslatePress doesn’t work anymore.
I tried it with one of the standard WordPress Themes activated, and that works.

In private content the login credentials.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to us.

I checked your site and it appears you have not updated the plugin to the latest version and another translation plugin is installed as well.

For testing purpose please perform the below steps.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.
    2. Uninstall all Translation plugins.
    3. Download and install the latest version of the plugin.

Let us know if this helps!

    Best regards,
    Vinay

I removed the other translation plugins and updated to the latest version of the plugin.
Saving a translation is still not working :/

Can you please be more specific on how it is not working for you. How to reproduce the issue?

When on a page in dashboard or live site, when I click Translate Page/Site: the translator doesn’t work when saving.

    Hi KevinWijnbergen

Well, the error says the TranslatePress Ajax Request error. You might want to ask the plugin support to look at the issue here.

    Fixed!
The Firewall of my hosting provider blocked some elements of the TranslatePress plugin.
I added them to the exclusions, and it’s working fine now!

    Thanks!
