Transferring Pages etc..

Hello Kriesi team!
I am using your theme currently in a primary and sub domain. The sub-domain version is being used as a development platform, and want to avoid having to work twice by recreating everything over again to the live/primary site. I want to saving my pages for exporting, then import them to the primary/live site. How can I do this using your import/export tool?
