Hello. I work for the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office in New Jersey. Years ago, the original webmaster here developed our site using enfold. He left a few years back and I’m not sure how I can update it anymore. Can you please point me in the right direction?

Do you have, or can you get access to the account which was used to purchase the theme? If not, then you might have to buy your own license: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. It’s on sale now, so if you’re going to buy an additional license, now would be a good time.
Once you have access to the theme files then please follow this in order to register your theme licence: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
