Hi. A previous developer purchased a copy of the Enfold theme, and installed it on a website. I am now the developer for the website, and i need to be able to access the forum to read and occasionally ask a question.
The purchase code is: 93c1f5a0-576d-4d5b-8a52-a3105441e178
When I try to register with it, it states that it is already associated with an account (the previous developer).
He is no longer involved in the website, so I need to be able to maintain and solve issues like I’m having now, after the recent WordPress update that is not working with your Enfold theme properly anymore. Please can you set me up with a forum account so I can read the answers to others questions, and engage with the community for the product that has been bought by the website owner.
I look forward to hearing from you soon, thank you Mark Bingley

There is a user registered with that purchase code, we would need some kind of verification though. Would you be able to give us the username or email the previous developer had for instance?
Best regards,

RikardApril 20, 2017 at 4:39 am #780266As for your problem, first off please try updating to the latest version of the theme (4.0.5): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardApril 20, 2017 at 9:52 am #780403Mark BingleyGuestRikard,
Thanks for setting that up.
I’ve tried to update the Theme, but when i click on the Theme Update (check manually) link, it says i am uptodate with version 3.4.7
Clearly this is not the case!
I have tried to follow the manual process for updating the theme files, but the link you gave me takes me to themeforest, and I dont have a login for them (as I didnt personally do the purchase, the previous developer did)Any thoughts on how I can update? I dont mind doing the FTP method, but without the files I cant do that!

April 20, 2017 at 11:29 am #780460Hi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
YigitApril 20, 2017 at 12:32 pm #780496Hey there,
So I have just updated to Version 4.0.5
Thats the latest version that the previous developer had (but was not actually installed for some reason)The issues I have are with the single product page
Example: http://www.thefoundrydesign.com/product/marcia-grey-snake/The additional images are displayed in-line, and not thumbnails below the main image, like they were before the recent wordpress update.
This example shows how bag it is: http://www.thefoundrydesign.com/product/bermondsey-tote/
Is there a quick fix for this? I cant find why the addtional images are so big all of suddern.
I have recreated the thumbnails, so that cant be the issue……Happy to give you some admin access if you need it ?
April 24, 2017 at 9:16 am #782198Do you have any info for me on this please?
