    Hi
On 13/5/2017, I purchased an Enfold wordpress theme license USD $62.00 for a customer, http://www.metalroofingbegavalley.com.au, purchase reference af7b50d8-9a17-48d8-939e-43eb65377ad8 – 13 May 2017. The customer has not paid me for the license of USD $62.00 and I would like to transfer this license and API key to another website. Since publish on 14/5/2017, the customer has changed the domain name to http://www.benmahermetalroofing.com.au under the same API key and licence and changed website designer. http://www.metalroofingbegavalley.com.au is redirected to http://www.benmahermetalroofing.com.au. They haven’t paid me and now I would like to transfer the theme and license to a website that I own. How can I do this?
If not, is it possible to get a refund and send the invoices IVIP17953704, IVIP17953704, IVBF17882600, IVHF8747553 to Ben Maher Metal Roofing directly.

    Hi Kerstin,

    Thanks for contacting us!

You can simply go to API key settings on ThemeForest and revoke API key and use your license on another website. As far as i know, it is not possible to transfer licenses however to make sure, please contact Envato support team :)

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit
Thank you for the answer. I know this is a bit late but I have first now had time to look into the API keys. I wonder how can you identify which API key is attached to a certain license and domain name purchased. I can’t see that any API keys connected to the downloads on that page. There is license and purchase codes but now API key specified for the each download. Are the API keys generated at random?

    Hi Kerstin,

If you have several licenses then you might want to keep a record of which API key you have used on which site locally in a file for your reference. The API keys are random yes, the are only used as keys basically.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
