    Hallo,
    ich bin der Webmaster des Staatsinstituts in Ansbach (D) und habe für die Homepage des Instituts eine enfold Lizenz gekauft. Die Lizenz wurde für unsere Domäne “staatsinstitut-iv.de”
    eingesetzt. Diese Domäne wurde nun ersetzt durch “staatsinstitut4.de”, die andere Domäne verweist darauf nur. Ich möchte das enfold gerne hier weiter verwenden. Müssen wir jetzt eine neue Lizenz kaufen oder können Sie die übertragen?

    Hallo Micha,

    If you are only transferring the domain then you don’t have to buy an additional license.

    Thanks. The problem is that in the “staatsinstitut4.de” enfold does not accept updates: “A new Version (4.6.3.1) of your Enfold-2 Theme is available! You are using Version 4.4.1. ”
    I get the message “download failed. No valid domain.” With the former “staatsinstitut-iv.de” the updates were possible.

    Hey!

    That is because Envato has updated their API and we have included updated version in Enfold 4.5. So you would need to manually update to the latest version. You can find more information here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ :)
