    Hello,
    I love your theme so much, that I want to buy another copy for a different shop.
    It needs to be tested and setup on a test server.
    When I buy the license and install it, can I change the URL as soon as the site moves to another URL?

    As for your question, the answer is Yes you can use it when you transfer into another url.
