We have a problem since the last round of Enfold updates. We have the latest Enfold version and are running WP 4.9.8

We just entered 20 new testimonials here:
None of the images can be loaded. If you right-click on the text link to open in a new window, you’ll see WP or Enfold is adding a trailing slash to the .jpg throwing a 404 error.

    However, go here
And all those entered prior to today are fine.

It seems there is a trailing slash being jammed into the URL for the jpgs ie. GYN_012019_1.jpg/ when you attempt to open the image permalink.

What is this mess? How to fix?
Everything created previously works just fine.

    Hey crtdude,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

You asked for access three days ago and no one has looked at anything here.

    Hi crtdude,

I apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked for it and the problem wasn’t the trailing slash, here’s a screenshot showing that it doesn’t have a trailing slash after the url (screenshot in private content).
You can try on opening the link 1 in private content directly to the browser and you’ll notice it will add the trailing slash.
I also added the correct link in private content, it should show the image properly, if you check on the difference it’s the month, the correct one shows 02 while the wrong one is just 2 (this will not show properly because it’s not the right folder/directory).
Just fix the url and it should be fixed, I have fixed it on this testimonial: 1-2019-20

    Best regards,
    Nikko
