Working with a site and they have a marketing company that wants to add the code below to “the page that loads after someone submits the pre-registration form”. The form is at: http://firstimpressionsdentalassisting.com/pre-registration/pre-registration-form/
and once a form on that page is submitted, there is not another page that loads so I’m not sure where it is supposed to be loaded?

That form looks like a plugin that your using. You’ll need to contact the plugin authors about this.
