I have now problems with an Enfold page which is set in fixed frame to execute touch events on the page.
I had something like this before with my own design, and there I found out that the element which was placed fixed with high z-index had to be set to overflow: hidden. Unfortunately this does not work. ( concerns then: .av-frame.av-frame-vert ). The click event seems not affected, but on ipad / iphone it does not work e.g. in a gallery to call the lightbox then.

Your Enfold-hotel page is unfortunately on Enfold 4.8.1, so I can’t see if it’s my Enfold version or a setting. There are also only galleries placed normally.
Where it doesn’t work on my site is when I put a gallery in a tab-section.

    Hey Guenter,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

If I understand correctly, on mobile view, the lightbox doesn’t work when the gallery is inside a tab section. Is that correct? Please provide the site URL in the private field so that we can check the issue further.

We tested this on a browser emulation and it seems to be working properly. We tested it on Enfold version 4.9.2.1 and WordPress 5.9.2.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

yes – but only if you have choosen the fixed frame layout.
and yes – on emulation the browsers will do that – but that is not a real touch event emulation.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We checked the page on an iPhone simulator, which should emulate an actual iPhone device and touch events and we noticed that there is a container that blocks the gallery on mobile view. This container has the class name “mask__content”, and setting its display property to none allows the lightbox to open again. Please check the screenshot in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thanks thats it : and my setting to this container is just to give him a overflow: hidden. thats all.

But what i could not understand is – that this container only hampers the lightbox and tab-title to be active if the fixed Frame is choosen. But nevertheless – that is solved.
