Sometimes when viewing the website, the top navigation menu is taking up the whole screen and as I scroll down, it shrinks to half the screen. It doesn’t do it all the time. And if I refresh the browser, it looks like it should.
It appears this is specifically related to events inside The Events Calendar plugin. I’ve seen it happen at other times too. But right now, if I click on “Events” in the navigation bar and then click on any of the events inside the calendar, when it opens the new page to show the specifics about that event, much of the whole page is covered up by the navigation bar – the words are still small, but the white background covers the whole page or much of the page.
I recorded this video so you can see the problem with the menu. It is happening with blog posts on chrome.

Thank you for sharing the video.
I checked your site on chrome and sure enough, the same issue happened on my end.
It appears the line height and the height of the menu item is getting messed up for some reason. Please try changing the header height from Enfold options > Header > Header size > Select different height and Disabled the “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance to clear the cache.
