Hi I am trying to find a way how to get a bunch of pop out submenu links to fit onto the screen. the one item on my menu has about 120 pages sorted into 10 categories. I added a screenshot so it explains the problem better. I also used some css to get the menu points closer but it still does not completely fit.
Idea 1 move the pop out submenu to start higher
or
have it pop out like a mini mega menu so the links are next to each other in several columns.hope you can help
Thanks

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to the site in question as well so that we can take a closer look please?

TinaFebruary 21, 2018 at 6:22 am #915286Hi,
Thanks for that, I see the same thing but I think it will be difficult to display that many menu items properly on all screen sizes. Did you try to set a smaller font size for the menu items? If that doesn’t work then you might have to consider creating another menu structure to display them.

You could also try to move the menu item in question up in the list, that will likely save some space.

thanks for your quick answer. What other menu structure would you recommend? a plugin?
is there a way to move the pop out up so it aligns at the top where the first level pops out?
Thanks so much

February 22, 2018 at 5:27 am #915873Hi Martina,
What I meant by another structure was that maybe some of the items could become subitem? Also, did you try to move the parent item up in the list under Appearance->Menus?

Any way I can move the pop out menu up? See screenshots below please.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#menu-item-3363 .sub-menu #menu-item-9243 .sub-menu { top:-200px !important; }
