Hi guys,
I do have the problem at the page (below) that the main content reaches into the menu (see examples). The menu should be above the main content…
The page was ruined by some people that I cannot reach out to and now I have to solve the issue for my customers.I did deactive most plugins (activated are: Contact form 7 / disable Gutenberg / duplicator /dublicate page) on a test page (below).
Working on a Child theme I deleted all extra CSS (style.css) and the issue still persist….thought there must be a simple way to make the main content shift down??
Any ideas are highly appreciated, thanks!!!

Sorry for the late reply. It looks like you have selected to show a transparent header, what happens if you select for the header to be a solid colour?
Best regards,
RikardApril 1, 2019 at 5:48 pm #1085587Hi Rikard,
this is a good tipp and leads me to another clue. Whatever I do set in the theme – header settings don’t work.
There must be a setting (in the generell coding) where this is set overwriting the theme settings …but where?
I deleted the style.css and those extra settings…
Any more ideas on that?
best

April 2, 2019 at 8:26 am #1085922Hi Stefan,
If things don’t show up after changing them then it’s likely due the fact that you have active caching (plugin) and file compression (Enfold->Performance) turned on. Please try clearing the cache from your plugin and delete the old CSS and JS files in the theme performance to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardApril 2, 2019 at 6:37 pm #1086191Hi Rikard,
thanks. I deactivated the caching plugin cleared the cache as well… – deleted the old CSS and JS files…
no success :-(Is there a way to reset all WP and Enfold data to default and not loosing content and media files…?

StefanApril 10, 2019 at 6:27 am #1088972Hi,
It is a code added from CF7, which most probably creates this issue.

I deactivated everything CF7 related, but the issue still persists :-(

StefanApril 12, 2019 at 1:32 pm #1090060…any more ideas, anyone before I have to start the page from scratch :-(
– I need the given content in a plain Enfold layout (without many modifications)
– Q: Would it make sense to newly install WP/Enfold and ‘import’ the content?

where does this JavaScript come from? Can I just delete it somewhere? Which file would I have to alter please?

StefanApril 17, 2019 at 1:29 pm #1091995Hi Stefan,
It can be some plugin adding the script.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 17, 2019 at 2:19 pm #1092018Hi Victoria,
seems pretty close and thanks for your thought.
I deactivated all plugins and still this doesn’t change anything.
Thanks for your help, as always!

StefanApril 22, 2019 at 2:24 am #1093202Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Have you checked the functions.php file? It’s probably a script added via hook. We tried to login but the credentials are invalid. Please provide another user/admin account.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 22, 2019 at 2:13 pm #1093326Thanks Ismael,
