There is no shortcode for text tooltip however maybe this plugin will help: http://wordpress.org/plugins/bubble-tooltip/

IsmaelI found out that displaying a tooltip with Enfold is very easy!
You can just use the “data-avia-tooltip” attribute in a link or span element for instance:
<span data-avia-tooltip="I'm a tooltip!">Warning... Tooltip behind!</span>
