Hi there,i’m sorry, this is the third time i’m asking for help. The tooltip/hover text is still not aligned, until i resize the browser to just the edge of the box of the website.

Also the light box is having the same problem. it isn’t aligned to the centre.

I’ve tried on all browsers, both windows and mac, uninstalled and re-installed the theme, deactivated all plugins, and removed all custom css. nothing seems to be working. can i get some help please? my site is already live and it’s quite unsightly.
June 30, 2014 at 4:45 pm #285264Hi vin8tan!
There seems to be some javascript conflict with the themes own javascript/jquery files. When you’ve deactivated your plugins before, did you deactivate all 6 of the currently active plugins and then do a few hard refreshes on the problem pages?
This isn’t a common issue or even one I’ve seen before which is typical of a specific plugin conflict unfortunately.
Best regards,
DevinJuly 7, 2014 at 12:07 pm #287929Hi Devin,
yeah, i’ve tried to disable all the plugins, re-install the theme, tried them on a laptop where i’ve never loaded this site before, so no cookies, or cache, tried them on several browsers, on both mac and windows, but to no avail… sigh.
July 7, 2014 at 3:25 pm #288006Hi!
Thank you for the update. Sorry that you’re having this issue.
Looks like you removed the pages with these kind of issues. We really need to inspect the website first hand in order to provide a possible fix. Try to increase the wordpress php memory limit. Add the following lines on the wp-config.php file located at the root of wp directory:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
Cheers!
IsmaelJuly 8, 2014 at 9:53 am #288371Hi there i’ve increased the limit to solve another problem.
some of the pages that still have this problem
http://afa.org.sg/donate/partnersandsponsor/
http://afa.org.sg/whatwedo/support/coordinatedcare/casemanagers/The problem only comes in when the page finish loading, during loading, it works fine. is there a way i can track what’s being loaded, and perhaps that could help us narrow down the problem?
July 8, 2014 at 3:22 pm #288550Hi!
Thank you for the update.
I’m sorry but there’s a big chance that a third party plugin is causing the issue because we can’t reproduce it on our test server. You’re right, the tooltip works fine when the site is NOT finish loading which tells us that after a certain script has been loaded, it somehow breaks the tooltip function. Did you modify any theme files? Please totally deactivate all plugins. Remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.
Best regards,

The site is live now, will rinse, wash, install again.
July 15, 2014 at 4:38 pm #291678Hey!
I’ve tagged the topic for Kriesi as I’m still stumped on what could possibly be causing the issue outside of a plugin conflict. Hopefully Kriesi will be able to shed some additional light on the misalignment.
