    I have created person tokens and they have all the settings as per https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
    I have included my original purchase code in the Private Content Area of this posting
    I get the error

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    I am running 4.5.7
    How do I get this fixed?

    Sorry for the problem. Are you sure that you gave the token then correct permissions? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You’re not using the actual token. After the token creation, you should be redirected to a page with the access token. It looks like the screenshot below.

    Please delete or revoke access to the current tokens and generate another. Make sure to save the token somewhere safe.
