We had purchased an Enfold license over a year ago and “lost it”. The person who bought it used a personal account and we no longer have access to it.

So, I purchased the license again and then created a personal token. When I enter the token in WordPress, I just get error messages. I did NOT reinstall Enfold. Help!

    Messages from WordPress below:

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
    Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.envato.com port 443: Connection timed out
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.envato.com port 443: Connection timed out
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.envato.com port 443: Connection timed out
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Hey TrailRiders,

First off please verify that you have given your token the correct permissions: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that doesn’t help then please try to reach out to your hosting provider as the error messages look like some setting needs to be activated on the server, likely related to cURL.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
