    Following your instructions and troubleshooting, I get this error message:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Your username: {redacted}
    Your E-Mail: {redacted}
    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    I tried this in incognito mode and it worked. Strange that it will not update any other way

    Same problem, but it doesn’t work neither in incognito mode. Any suggestion on how to fix that?

    EDIT: I solved updating token preferences following this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
    Now it works fine!

    Glad to hear. Did you noticce that when you enter text on certain modules, you cannot put a space between words?
