    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-sortable-all-no-first-by-default/

Sorry for this new topic, but I see the other closed to new entries, and I just want to know if there has been or will be in the future some improvement regarding this. Thanks

    Hi nicolasweh!

You can use plugins like http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/ to sort the posts and plugins like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/ to change the term/category order.

    Cheers!

Dude good tip, Thanks, but unfortunately this doesn’t change that by default it display “all” videos.
Could be a way to remove the “all” category that is automatically generated, and by default display the selected with the taxonomy plugin as the first one?
    This is the page: http://rvarq.com/animation/

    Hi!

No, this is not possible (at least not with the current theme version). Tbh I don’t see the advantage of such a feature because it won’t increase the performance of the portfolio and it would probably even give you a strange “flash” effect when the page is loaded. I marked this thread for Kriesi though – maybe he wants to implement it in a future update but I haven’t seen many requests regarding this feature yet (maybe 3-5 users requested it so far and there’re definitely more popular feature requests out there which have an higher priority).

    Cheers!

    Sorry to hear that.
If someone has 10 or 15 portfolio items, is Ok, show the “all” with all the videos or images, but when has many of them, the “All” is too much.

    Hi!

If Kriesi has some additional input he will be able to open the topic and add it in. I’ve closed it for now since so it doesn’t accidentally become a secondary feature request topic :)

    Cheers!
