How can I make the posts on my website display the title and date without manually putting them in?

Can you please post the link to your page so we can see which element you are using. They should display the date by default.

Looks like your using the layout builder there. In this case you will need to add the date manually. I found a plugin which has a date shortcode you can add to make it easier, https://wordpress.org/plugins/extra-shortcodes/.

Or you can simply click on Default Editor and use it to create your posts.
